Attendance Policy

If the school cancels a class

If your teacher cannot attend, you can take the class with another teacher from our team, or reschedule it within 14 days.

If a student cannot attend

Students must notify the school at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.

• You can reschedule up to 30% of your classes per semester — 6 out of 20, or 12 out of 40.
• Classes beyond this threshold count as completed.
• Rescheduling occurs within 14 days when possible, otherwise later in the same semester.
• Classes missed without notice are non-refundable.

In documented emergencies we will do our best to be flexible.

Group classes

Students should provide advance notice. The class goes ahead as scheduled, and if your classmates agree, it will be recorded so you can catch up. Recordings remain available for 30 days. Group class time changes require unanimous student agreement.

Holidays

The school follows a standard holiday calendar and requests students notify them about personal holiday conflicts before contracting.

Teacher changes

If you would like to change teacher for any reason, just contact us and we will find a solution together.

In case of discrepancies, your signed contract prevails.
